What kind of work do you offer? 

I work with leaders, teams and practitioners through coaching, facilitated conversations, workshops and learning experiences.
My focus is on leadership under pressure, wellbeing, communication, and creating conditions where people can think clearly and work well — individually and together.

Who do you usually work with? 

People carrying real responsibility.
That includes senior leaders, managers, facilitators, practitioners and organisations navigating complexity, change, or growth — and wanting a grounded, thoughtful approach rather than quick fixes.

Is this coaching, training, or something else?

It can be one-to-one coaching, group work, or facilitated learning — depending on what’s needed.
I don’t work from a single formula. Each engagement is shaped around context, people and purpose.

Do you work online or in person?

Both.
I work with people locally and remotely, and sessions may be online, in-person or a blend — depending on what best supports the work.

Do I need to know exactly what I’m looking for?

Most people begin with a conversation.
